What is a spinning system?

1、 The products of woolen system include woolen fabrics, blankets, carpets and industrial fabrics

Initial processing of wool → blending and oiling → combing → spinning.

(1) The primary processing function of wool: distinguish the raw wool of different quality, and then use a series of mechanical and chemical methods to remove various impurities from the raw wool.

(2) Function of blending and oiling: reduce friction and prevent static electricity.

(3) Carding function: combing loose mixture; Fully mix various fibers in the mixture; Remove grass impurities, dead hair and coarse and hard fibers; Make the fibers straighten and parallel gradually; The wool net is made into roving.

(4) Spinning function: Spin the roving into a yarn with strength, weight and quality requirements.

2、 Combed wool spinning system products include worsted wool fabrics, wool yarn (including knitting wool yarn) and plush

Sliver making (mixing and oiling → carding → 1~3 cross stitch carding machines → straight combers → bar cylinder carding machines → re washing machines → non stitch carding machines) → front spinning (sliver mixing machine → 4~5 stitch needle plate roving machine → needle wheel (or apron) roving machine → back spinning (ring spinning machine → winding machine → doubling machine → twisting machine)

Main process flow: ① Top making (from raw material to top); ② Front spinning (from top to roving); ③ After spinning (from roving to ply wool yarn).
